Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before subscribing to the monthly hotline service provided by ReZolveX (“Company”). By subscribing to our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not subscribe to our service.

  1. Subscription Agreement

1.1 By subscribing to our monthly hotline service, you agree to pay the subscription fee as specified in our pricing plan, which is subject to change with a 30 day notice. The subscription fee will be charged on a monthly basis in advance.

  1. Service Description.  ReZolveX provides a hotline for employees to anonymously report fraudulent activity, safety issues and other issues.  ReZolveX will forward anonymous reports to authorized designated official(s) for their review and appropriate action.

2.2 The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

3.1 Payment for the subscription service will be processed through the payment method you provide during the subscription process.

3.2 The Company reserves the right to change the subscription fee and billing frequency, with advance notice.
